Yes. However the time exposure has to be very low.
Usually it starts in 15 seconds, twice a week.
Procedure:
1- Expose patch to a 9w UVB-NB hand held at 2 inch far for 15 seconds before bed.
2- After 12 hours, check if patch is slightly pink.
3- If it is, keep this time exposure twice a week.
If not, increase 5 seconds in the next session and go to item 2.

That's the best available treatment.
You should also combine it with Protopic, Elidel, Pseudocatalase and anti-oxidants.
