My Facebook Group would like to create a memorial for David Concepcion Diaz, a young guy who ended his life due to his vitiligo...
He is one of the reasons why Vitiligo Awareness is so important!!!
Awareness, Support and Acceptance go together....
Our dear friend Lucy Edwards- Robinson made the arrangements and his parents have given their consent for us to do so. We are asking that anyone who wishes to be a part of this memorial will be respectful.

  • Quite a sick reply Hector.

Nobody wants to see comments like that

    RIP David Diaz

    • Hey Hector, are you an ignorant dumb shit? Why and the world would you write that comment?
  • LOL, what a wimp...
    • Suicide is never a funny matter!  Imagine the grief his family and friends have gone through, the pain that David must have gone through to have reached such a conclusion.

David isn't alone in his feeling of hopelessness!  As Vitiligo doesn't have a cause or cure, everyone is affected differently.  I've had it since childhood so there are times were it didn't affect me very much to moments where it directed every decision in my life.

The memorial helps to let others know that they aren't alone in this journey!

As a human, we've all got to be more compassionate towards others and you'd think in a Vitiligo community you'd find a bit more compassion!  Thankfully Hector, you're the exception on these boards.

    • Although I feel bad for him, no one I talked to (outside of here) felt sorry for him at all.
