I've went out and bought a narrow band UVB light. Well after 40 sessions my spots are starting to grow away to a point that it is no as visible or sticks out. It's pretty expensive and insurance does not cover buying this $2k machine, but I'm really happy I did. You could save money by getting a tanning machine used and replacing the bulbs.

That's great news. I'm also using an at home UVB unit (full panel) and am around 60 treatments. It is DEFINITELY working and the greatest thing is that it has given me my life back. I've had a few times were I go for a couple weeks without noticing a difference then all of a sudden, another brown spot!! My doctor has described the process as dripping water in a bucket. It takes time but it does work. I am also using protopic twice a day (but only on a few spots) and started green juicing (not sure if that's helping me re pigment but it makes me feel great so I will keep doing it). I actually never took any before pictures as my doctor recommended but I don't need pictures to prove it now. It's very clear! Keep up what your doing and good luck!!!
If possible, can you share before and after pictures ? Interested in seeing them. Also, what is the name and model number of the narrow band UVB light ?
