    That's happened to me before too. I don't think it's worth the pain though. Mine got all infected, turned into impetigo and I ended up having to take an antibiotic to clear it up. The color stayed for maybe three months though.

    When I was about 9 I got a really really bad sunburn and almost got all my pigment back too. I lasted about 10 years then it showed up again.

    I met a woman once who said she used some med from mexico and didn't realize she was suppose to sun for short periods of time and instead stayed out in sun all day and burned herself and her pigment came back.

      It is crazy about vitiligo ..for some ppl who want to get rid of the pigment .they get repig easiy while we have to try hard to get pigment.

      Some times it happens that ppl get burn on vitiligo spot and they repigment but for those whow want to repig don`t try that most of the time if you get burn it is not good..you may risk skin cancer and may not repig , it can even get worst ,that is why doctors  advise not to burn.
