No way to stop the spread of Vitiliago if it is active. I live in Florida so it is hot and sunny most days. Buy sunscreen shirts and use suntan lotion on white spots. Reel Legends put out a large variety of sunscreen clothing that is reasonably priced. Not much else you can do. Zinc is ingredient in some sunscreens.
