I decide to follow the vitiligo conference in Milano next week, I am hoping that I will know something or new type of treatment. I have decided to try all the remedies by taking a couple of treatments pr year until I got my pigment back with a help of God.
I m so exited to hear what all this worlds leading vitiligo researchers professors and scientists has to say about vit. Most of all I am exited to hear the new treatments for example by Alain Taïeb,from France is going to introduce about skin creatd in lab how it can help on vitiligo patches.Sometimes we see that they heel people who had Scarface because of terrible accident ,watching how the technology grow and what kind of amazing surgeries they come up with makes me think why they don`t give priority to our problem too and come up with solution.
Especially after vitiligo starts to show on my face I can`t stop thinking about it ,vitiligo has partly changed my life , knowing some thing new about vitiligo maks me feel good . I have reduced wasting time and money with unnecessary hobbies like watching unimportant movie or TV program and weekends tour party, dating, reading. The extra time I got I use it to read about vitiligo , the money I saved I use it for treatments.
When I say this It doesn`t mean that I become wired, Im a hidden viti I cover my vit very well no body knows that I have vit and I live regular life.

who knows the way to stop ,to stabilise vitiligo?.
i heard that , eating special food , taking b12 ,folic acid can help,

Hey . there is no any scientific evidence about diet but it is obvious healthy diet with whole food and vegetables is good ,foods like carrot ,celery, cheakpeas are good . some fruts like blueberry and pears have natural depiging agents, don`t eat too much of it, try to change your diet and eat variety of food , don`t over do some thing.
Otherwise if you are consuming too much vegetable oil cheng it with olive or raps Oil too much omega 6 is not good try to add more omega 3
To stop or stabilize your vitiligo talk to your derm , he can prescribe a steroid cream but watch out it should be used only for about 4 weeks , otherwise try Protopic or UVB it is safe ofcourse every thing under doctors recommendation,
About vitamins you can ask ur doctor ,I don’t think it help taking some vitamin if you are not deficient check ur vitamin D3 leavel too.
The key is don`t stress too much . try one treatment at time and be patent of medication result doesn’t come overnight most treatments need at least 3-4 to 6 months.

I believe the Vitamin, Diet snd living healthily and Positively really do help. For me to get to where I am today in managing my Vit, its been natural therapy including combination of vitamin and natural supplements, healthy diet and lifestyle, d neem and as u mentioned above food rich in psoralen, that even when I slowed down of my eating healthy it did not stop repigmenting, guess because I have gotten the body to a state to heal itself.
Truth is that scientifically diet and vitamin doesn't work for Vitiligo, but general well being they said, but scientifically and practically are two different things, I research and find out the options, tried most Alopatic stuff and it didnt work for me, reacted badly to some and reading about their adverse effects which got me scared too. Then in further research I found out that there are other alternatives with minimal adverse effect, I tried it and it worked for me, then am the patient and can see the results so what would you want me to believe? Diet and Vitamin should and really heps because if Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease and foods rich in antioxidant helps fight free radicals, why would I settle for chemicals in antioxidant?
Am very open to varieties as long as I get clear understanding of it, my believe is that no-one can manage my vit progression more than me, I said this because I alone knows what I put into my body system, the lifestyle I live and all.

You are right we are the result of what we eat … if we eat fat food we get sourly fat ..if you live healthy we stay healthy, there is some ting for shure that can affect the activity of melanocytes , but when it comes to vitiligo ther is no any proof showing this diet is sourly bad or can affect vitiligo.
Ayorvidicians used to come with a list of foods we have to avoid , I am not agreed with that . our body needs different nutritious foods .
There was a time I repigmented naturally , I used to eat every ting in moderate way.
i like ppl tell me add more deit than avoid, BTW what is neem is it consumed as tea or salad.

I agree with you everything in moderation, though there are certain foods that should be consumed more for certain purposes. In d Bible Daniel fed on Vegetables and fruits alone while the others dined in all sorts...at the end Daniel came out healthier and better.
Food and natural stuffs are the origin of all we have both in alopatic medicine. We need much of understanding and information to really help ourselves.
Natural foods are just the way, but for artificial foods, there is nothing good about them, try juicing veggies daily and watch ur skin in 1 month.
