First I would like to start off by saying I'm glad I have found this site. My 4yr old has vitiligo and I'm here for her. Even though I believe the best medicine is love and support anything I can do to make her life easier I will do. We do have a close friend that is a doctor so I'm using my little girl as a lab rat lol. I do ask her advice on anything I do before I try.
I have searched the internet and found ways to get around going to the doctor to get products I can get for myself. So I wanted to post some info that might help someone trying to get a few products that require a prescription.
I'm not by no means promoting these websites or suggesting that anyone treat themselves but alot of the treatment out there can be done at home just as safe without all the trips to the doctors office. That is my view only :-).
Hopefully this may help someone. Click on the words highlighted below and they will take you to the page.
-If your wanting to try bimatoprost 30.00 and you will receive within a week.
- If you need protopic 30.00 for 10grams " .Yes you need a prescription but for you pet. Which is EASY to get from a Vet. Its the same product humans use just 1/4 of the price . This is just one website that sells but if you google protopic for animals you will get results. You can also buy Protopic off Ebay. Do a search and results will show.
-Narrow band Uvb home units are easy to find on Ebay . I bought this unit for 120.00. Regular price is 625.00 and you need a prescription . I called the maker of the unit and talked to the service department and they where very helpful in answering every question . The unit looked new when I received.
