The Ben:
GREAT POST.
I'm writing this with Vitiligo hands that have been scalded by the sun, in patches, while out mowing the lawn.
Soon the patches will be the majority and I'll have only dots of pigmented skin.
I am a freak to those who see my affliction.
But hey: "Don't stress out, man!" Sure pal, sure.
Cheers!
Tom
Try this treatment. It is helping me repigment my face. Here is a video outlining the diet and supplements. Hope it helps.
Cheer up my friend!
I think you're right Luis! I second this! People can look for cures at the same time, but a lot of research shows that vitiligo and stress are linked. Stress less, live more :) I made a video about how to not stress too much about growing/spreading vitiligo: https://youtu.be/PoNdHSaBaLM Life is so much more than what's on our skin!
Accept yourself as you are ! no one cares for you so why you have to look good for others?
6. Eating clean is cheap if you follow a starch-based vegetarian diet. I'm eating under $200 usd a month and that's with "expensive" almond milk (4L a month is ~$12 usd), dark chocolate (~$10 usd/month), nuts ($8 usd/month), avocado (very cheap where I live, ~$6 usd/month). Whole grain bread is thrice as expensive, but for one person I think ~$16-$18 usd is more than enough.
9. Let go, accept yourself as you are.
10. Good make-up is much more expensive in comparison, an ounce of dermablend costs ~$50 usd with S&H.
Yes, I meditate a lot, though not necessarily in ritualistic fashion. Mostly I strive to be "aware/awake".
What do you mean by "relax and don't think touch"? Perhaps you meant "relax and don't think too much"?
