Has Guatemala really got a cure ?

He's basically saying that within 4-5 months his patient was fully repigmented on the problem areas (face, jaw/neck, and the back of the neck) and the only place still needed to be repigmented is on the top of the scalp/hair but that area is 95% repigmented.

He doesn't speak of the what the treatment is however in the video.

There seems to be a lot more focus on the pictures (several of which aren't his) and the music (Yay, Maná !) than on anything really regarding vitiligo.

My Spanish is rather limited so someone else might want to clarify it further but that's what I get from the video.

Has any body try or heard about this treatment , is it topical cream or orally taken medisine ?
