Hi, I have had some success with re pigmentation after going gluten free, for a few months at least. Also check your b vits anti oxs (omega3), vit d, and keep your liver good. (Alcohol is like fuel to the fire for vitiligo) . There is a fantastic book called Clean Gut which explains a lot about how your immune function is regulated in the gut, and the whole gluten thing. For me it's just a source of inflammation, not celiac but when I went off it the doc wanted to halve my thyroid meds within 3 months of the change so it hpjust doesn't agree with me. Food diary and supplement diary could be a big help. Fresh green veg as much to get your nutrition high As poss, watch out that high protein diet is too acidic.
