Hello Friends! It was just a very funny Experience recently during Halloween 2016. Since I have a Vitiligo over 25 years and to be honest I have stopped counting days. Because I know it does not make difference to my life now n in future. I am far better then lots of other people with worst kind of mental agony. But coming to point of Halloween.
I was driving a cab part-time during Halloween. People stare at me! And I stare back at them too. I do not understand the fact that I you dress in a Halloween costume it becomes a fashion but someone like us Celebrate A halloween everyday is a disease/deformities. A joker will pass the road and people will laugh and appreciate. But people like us spend everyday and get stare in return and sometimes a pity. I believe instead of finding a cure it is better to educate the world about the vitiligo.
Another analogy: People go to watch the fantasy movies and spend money to look Alien super man , spiderman and what not. The common among them and us is that we look different but we are as normal as our next door neighbor but those super characters are superhuman.
