Ibe Been reading some things connecting vitiligo and celiac disease possibly being connected. Something about the autoimmune diseases being connected. I dont know the exact science but I think there might be something there. Has anyone here tried a gluten free diet and has seen their vitiligo improve or the spreading slow down after the diet change?

There is no any scientific proof saying some diets are bad for vitiligo but there are some autoimmune dieses which have a connection with vitiligo these autoimmune dieses might forbid some diet , I have eated every ting and repigmented many years ago I don’t have any other autoimmune dieses though.
The best is just to live healthy and eat varaity of food ,don`t over do something while you are in a vitiligo worsening period may be the deit you are overdoing maight be the trigger of vitiligo or vise versa
