While the conclusion of the study is a good sign, I personally feel the duration of the study (12 weeks) was much too short to make any concrete conclusions. With many people, the spread of vitiligo occurs slowly over long periods of time. This type of study in my opinion should take place over the course of years rather than weeks to verify that ginkgo biloba does in fact arrest the spread of vitiligo.
Very interesting about Ginkgo , it has been used for many years , some vities has claimed before that it didn`t help them, but now a days I read many researches show the positive affect … I even herd it on vitiligo congress in Milano last year.
It is good that one of us DJ is trying it ….take a good time and please inform us the result.
