Gingko and Nausea?

I know a lot of us take B12 and Folic Acid and I've also read some people take Gingko Biloba as well. I've been taking it for about a month or two now but I've been getting really nauseous and have been getting really bad migraines. I remember back in the day when I was in college and my dad bought me some gingko biloba for memory and I also stopped taking them because I didn't like the way I felt. Does anyone have any input on this?

  • I stopped taking it 3 days ago and have felt better. Weird stuff...
  • After doing some research, headaches and nausea are a common side effect of ginko biloba. It is recommended that you lower your dosage. Maybe you can try cutting your pills in half.
  • Now that you mention it, I seemed to get a lot of headaches when I took it as well. I don't think I even thought that was the reason, but it could have been due to that.
  • I've been taking ginko for a few weeks and haven't noticed any headaches. You might want to stop taking the ginko if the headaches continue.
