Hi All,
If you've been trying unsuccessfully to book a time slot at Institut für Pigmentationsstörungen (German Clinic) to do a pseudocatalase treatment, please read below how to do it at home.
I had a chance to go to Dead Sea (by myself) in July /2014, where I met a lot of patients who went to the German Clinic and told me how it was. I crossed all these information and realized that it was not going to be worth flying from USA to Germany to hear what I had heard before.
Professor's treatment is based on:
1- Anti-oxidant
2- Pseudocatalase Cream
3- Sun bath or UVB-NB exposure
I will detail these 3 items above.
1-The German Clinic has its own anti-oxidant that mixes 3 items: L-Methionine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and L-Cysteine. You can buy it at Amazon or ebay (select brand Pure Encapsulation or Nutrabio).
2- The German Clinic sells its pseudocatalase cream that can be done yourself easily. I have posted how to do it. Find it or ask me how. This pseudocatalase cream has to be applied 2x a day.
3- If you don’t have an UVB-NB equipment, you will have to apply the cream before 9AM and after 5PM. After applying, wait 20 minutes and then take a sun bath (remember: before 9AM and after 5PM). Expose the white spots for 5 minutes each to the sun. Total time (all patches) can be longer than 30 minutes.

4- If you have an UVB-NB equipment, find out (or ask me) the real UVB-NB irradiation power. Pass the cream 2x a day ( in the morning and before bed). Only before bed, expose each patch to 250 milijoules of UVB-NB (short time). For example, if you have a 9W Philips bulb, it irradiates 1,13mw. So, you have to expose the patches for 250 / 1,13 = 220 seconds (each). Don't forget to wait 20 minutes after passing pseudocatalase cream. The skin needs time to absorb it.
Please don’t hesitate to make questions.
