foods that help or hurt ppl with vitiligo

can fellow forum members list foods that help or harm (cause further spread or spots) for viitligo.

I have read or gotten feedback that spinach is generally good.  figs are also good and celery has some psolaren content.

so here is my list:

1) spinach and other green leafy veggie

2) figs

3) celery

4) walnuts

Please add on to the list.

also add to contra-indicated list of foods to avoid:

1) fish is said to trigger white patches in some people
