hey everyone I'm new to this site c: so I've been doing some research and was curious as to what would be the healthiest way of eating with Vitiligo. I've heard of the Paleo diet and was wondering if that would be a good start. Are there any good resources that can tell you how to follow this diet in specific? Also I want to know if there's any specific foods to avoid other than the main culprits like citrus type fruits, blueberries, and pears. feel free to add onto the avoid food list c:

i am following the regime outlined in this natural vitiligo treatment success story videoon you tube. He goes through and shows you what he is doing and the progress he has made following the diet. Only been doing it for a week and it seems to have slowed my fast spreading vitiligo already. I am not doing everything he mentioned yet either. Hard to make diet changes. Got to keep focused.

Matt,
A good 3-day detox plan is the least you have to do. Remember that a cleanse will not remove totally the toxins and heavy metals you have accumulated all these years. So, a systematic detox supplementation should be added afterwards (for a while).
Check the links bellow for suggestions, from Susan Blum's center:

Also to would anybody know what the most effective detox plan would be? I read a few but there were some mixed reviews.
It's finals week and I have a little free time atm but I'm not sure what I came back to exactly with the conflict lol xD I do understand your point of view Tom on relating to other vitiligo members, pics for proof and such c: but idk I mean the info Flavio provided isnt bad and I'm going to give the funtional treatment a shot cause why not. I'll try to keep yall informed whenever possible on any vitiligo related material ^_^
Good luck with finals Matt.

I also did lot of research like all did, met some old ayurveda guru's in South part of India. .try aryurveda.. Ayurveda is oldest than all. It from 1500bc, problem is people want immediate results but as per ayurveda it will start curing from roots yes it take years (patience pays) for me it works great. Truth it will works for all but will take time, depends on period of disease.. I meet people Who got cured.. Try these, this works for me
Neem juice :
Neem Called as **Wonder tree** drink 1 cup of juice or use neem oil on spots but aryurveda says always deals from inside out.
Anjera(figs) :
Daily 3 to 4.
ALMOST MANY HAVE LIVER PROBLEM who have vitiligo. Increase intake of fibre foods..
My Best and helps me a lot :
Try doing PRANAYAM daily.
Search online you may find many how to do that.
Definitely it will help you(do it for 2 months)bet it works . It helps me a lot...
Chaudhary, thanks. Will try breathing from one nostril, then the other, as your Pranayam suggests ....
Please post the degree of success you have had since the beginning of your methods. Post the length of time from when you began, and be specific as to the extent of repigmentation and where.
Before and after photos, on areas like the hands, will allow others to understand what they can expect if they follow your methods. Thanks.
