Does the chat box work?

How does the chat box work? I have tried using it several times and never get a reply. Has anyone had success with this facility? Best wishes M

    It works. I guess everytime you try to chat with others is that they are busy or chatting on private.

    Timing is everything.I was wondering if a general time like Sunday at 6:00p.m. Eastern time would help get it started.I'd have to get on at 8:00p.m. Mountain time.

    I was wondering if others were having problem too! Don't know why but in my computer it doesn't work at all.
