Has anyone tried Dermaroller application for vitiligo, have heard some doctor using this for vitiligo also specially on thin skin area like fingers.

Avoid dermaroller in non-viitiliginous areas. It may cause friction and then new vitiligo spots.
Focus on the patches reaching their border at most.
After dermarolling, pass your usual topical cream.
