Hi guys, I am from the UK and of pakistani origin. I have had vitiligo since a young age (am now in my late 20s). I have approx 50% vit and having tried numerous "remedies" over the years with little or no success have now decided to depigment. Would appreciate if anyone who has depigmented can share their thoughts. what are the risks in particular associated with depigmented apart from the obvious sun burn.

Hello! It's been about 6 weeks on monobenzone 20% twice a day and have not seen any progress, but only dry skin on the hands. It takes months to see progress, so i'm patiently waiting.
like anything that has to be done over time... try not to think about about it alot, and at some point , you'll just notice a difference somewhere. it's that "watched pot" theory.
i've been using Benoquin 20% for a month I had notice my skin getting Lighter and more spots are increasing the good thing the faster it increase the better Im so tire of having viti that now I celebrate it that very soon Im going to be even! Im going for the one even color so if you are done with this go for it!
Hi Juan,
I will be depigmenting soon with monobenzone 20% because benoquin had been discontinued and no where to be found. Where did you buy your benoquin?
Hi there, I started using Monobenzone 20% three months ago. At first i used it on my feet and hands and had no side effects. Im using it all over now, it does burn my face a bit but not for long. In most cases you have to go to your dermatologist to get a prescription for the cream and find a pharmacy that can make it.
Hi Lee, a little bit, it is getting lighter on my feet i posted some pics on my profile and i will do that every month to see the changes, funny enough my face seems to be getting more spots, every week i see new ones.
