    drink water kept in copper vessel and try putting a copper bracelet

      thanks Ted : copper vessel water i am taking from past 3 months, but no changes i found, vitiligo spreading day by day in same condition..!!!

        follow good diet..u can stop the spread of vitiligo..eat lots of spinach

          more consumption of spinach ok i'll follow.

          Ted realy u r tips are more essetial to my life, b'coz i depression to much from vitiligo, tank u very much.

            i am glad it helps...i am not a doctor or scientist  but as for as i know eat foods rich in B12,folic,zinc and copper..try to drink carrot and beet juice...

              yes ted sure i'll follow wat ever u said definitely. but this all is effective  treatment for vitiligo no...????. see my intention is not to cure vitiligo completly, if it is controlled in spreading. if it is stoped present condition, im very happy...!!! whatever posibilities to cure vitiligo ..plz plz sugest me ted. im very thankful to u..!!!
