   One (01) glass of water  - 30 minutes before meal - Helps digestion

  One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
 
   One (01) glass of water - Before sleep  - Avoids stroke or heart attack

  • I drink one glass of water about every 2 hours while I'm awake. I walk around the neighbor hood( 1 mile) twice a day,even when it is snowing/raining. I had to quit eating many of the fat filled sugar bombs so now its fruit and veggies :P. But I'm feeling better and more alert.This last heart failure I had really knocked me for a loop. Being retired doesn't give you a free meal ticket to the sugar hopper,eat healthy folks!
  • Really? okay 5 glasses of water per day ...that I can try....better than the normal 8 glass recommendation :(

    Wow, having vit is indeed making many of us eat/drink healthy ;-)
