Hi, in the past couple of weeks, i've had 2 ppl approach me, one claims that a celery shake every morning cured his own vitiligo and that he had gotten the idea from others who did the same. I've been trying to take my shake but i absolutely ABOR celery, and have so my entire life, the taste makes me nauseous. But considering the possible outcome, i've been blending it with apples and applejuice and then chugging it. I've only started a couple of days so of course i have not seen any repigmentation, but has anyone else heard about this??
Also, i had another lady claim that a fungs called "Charakani" also cures vit. I googled it and it looks more like something off an informercial, but i didn't see anything about curing vit. its claims to 100% natural...
please, can anyone shed some light on these topics??

Hi,
I have been eating celery and carrots for the past 10 months and I am seeing improvement. The carrots and celery contains natural psolaren and with sun exposure, it should bring about some pigmentation. The process is slow but it is working for me.
Since reading this post, I've been drinking a carrot / celery shake each morning. The taste is not so good, but hopefully the benefits are rewarding.
I am recomending it to you, because I eat a celery- apple -carrot - walnut ,salad weekly and occasionally just eat a slice of cellery raw without juicing it . It is so much better tasting and also it is important to be organic. The taste difference between organic and not organic is HUGE. The organic one is a little sweet and the other one is bitter. I am dieting for about 1 year and the results are starting to come.
Good look to you
hmmmm I might give it another go.
Never heard about 'charakani' though.

Good luck!
You're right, may be I'll try it again.
