hi there! i have vitiligo on my genitals for 6 months. i am freaking out that they will spread to my face. and today i noticed a little bit of a whiter area than normal on my face but it is too early to conclude that it is vitiligo. can this be possible? can it spread to a very different part of the body?

Regarding the face, it's not likely it's a new patch. Faces have a lot of different tone areas. Please also check www.vitiligomap.com/protocol.html.
Avoid sun bath betweeen 10:30AM to 5PM.
It does not spread from genital to other places, it is everywhere already since you have it. But you are lucky to have it there only. Your primary goal should be to keep it there only. Genital area does not have any sun for apperant reasons. So there is no feeling of challenge of that part of the skin. Therefore you may be at the safe distance from formng new patches. The best way to keep it there, adapt a healthy way of living. Take antoksidants time to time. avoid sun during summers if you can, it will drain you. Avoid milk and its products, and other acidic products. Take supplements if you think you are not getting nutrients.
