I have few research here on Black seeds as an Immunomodulator especially on the T cells and cytotoxic T cells which kills or suppress the melanocytes , and many vitiligo creams puts Black seeds down to the ingredient! what is the secret? what you know about it? shall we all be aware of these alternative medicines rather than UVB, etc ?
