Black pepper

Just read the article about the benefits of black pepper on vitiligo does anyone know how to get this in its effective form, apply it or purchase it?

    i know bout a pepper like that is called ''kalongi '' in urdu language . it is said that it contains the cure for every disease xcept death.

    This has been dicussed a lot before in various forums ...It is tested on mice and a company was supposed to make trials and produce medicene but it never happend...some years has gone .

    I remember a warning from Vitiligo socity in UK not to expriment with various peper oils ...
