I have used this before for patches on my elbows, it is designed for short term use only as it is a steroid base cream so can thin your skin. It did begin to repigment the area whilst I was using the cream, but I lost pigment very quickly when I stopped.

Hi, i had seen extra Ordinary results with Betamethasone-- which is contains for Betnovate. At the same time like 2-5% people had its other affects too. But it does work good that's what i had seen.
It needs to be used under guidance only.
yes... dis betamethasone contains betamethsone dipropionate.... yes n result r there... acording to ma view no other efect are there!!!!

Its effect or side effect is always goes on case to case bases and also how much you apply and at which part of body you apply.
