Hello All,
I just recently became part of this community; it's been about 5-6 year since I was diagnosed with vit. In my case it has been really stable since it is focalized on my left eyelid and eyebrow; which I like to think that my skin is fighting. I live in Costa Rica which has tropical weather and the sun is simply something inevitable.
I’m aware that normally all of us should be taking dietary supplements for the skin to help the pigmentation, however I would like to check with you which is the best option; right now I’m using Heliocare which I heard is great for the skin (still to prove it myself), but it doesn’t says anything about B-12 or other important vitamins, can anyone recommend any brand you have tried?
What I’m looking forward is consuming the less quantity of tablets as possible, so it would be great if there is an exclusive one you can recommend.
Thanks in advance
Regards,
David

Is Heliocare the first dietary supplement you've tried? I've never taken any dietary supplements for my vit - I used to use this cream but I gave up on it. I would like to know how this process goes for you! Good luck!
Well; before Heliocare I was just taking multi-vitamins such as Centrum; then my dermatologist suggested me to try Heliocare; I'm not sure if it is placebo effect but I think somehow is working for me; this is why I was asking if anyone else is taking similar dietary supplement. One important thing her is I'm also under topical treatment for Vit, but now I'm adding vitamins for my skin which seems to help on the process. :)
