  • Hi Gareth,

Protopic is really good for face patches.

Regarding vitamins,  I have put a lot of info about it together, based on my researches during past 2 years. Available at www.vitiligomap.com/protocol.html.

This protocol also includes anti-oxidants and creams.

Please notice that, in some cases, I refer some providers, since they don't use dangerous fillers in their pills, like Magnesium Stearate and Titanium Dioxide...( http://draxe.com/4-dangerous-and-common-vitamin-fillers-you-must-av... )

Btw,  folate is better that folic acid, since the latter is a synthetic compound.  Natural folates are metabolized to THF (tetrahydrofolate ) in the mucosa of the small intestine, whilst folic acid undergoes initial reduction  in the liver.

After lunch seems to be a good time to take pills.

Dr. Ray Strand suggests the following daily dosages :

    Folate 400 microgram

    B12    125 microgram

Additional suggestion is Merry Clinic (per pill):

    Acid Folic  400 microgram

    B12    250 microgram
