Application of 311nm NB-UVB on male genitals

Hi,

I have recently bought a NB-UVB home device with a philips 311nm nb-uvb bulb. Can I treat the vitiligo on my penis shaft with this device. A lot of source on the internet and also the device manual says, it is not applied to genitals. :S

Anyone with knowledge?
