  • I've been gluten free since 2010. It's not difficult. There is gluten free flour available in market, so when ever I feel like eating roti, GF flour is the alternative. I avoid wheat and fast food. Health benefits are too many to count, as long as you are disciplined in your eating. I didn't cheat once with it and the result is the healed gut. 

    It didn't affect my vit as I had already depigged in 2008.
