All that matters is psychology and proper feeding

Hello everyone...I am from Greece and I was diagnosed with vitiligo since 2008 after an emotional breakdown I had. I have tried various treatments all these year. Detox therapies, therapy with cortizon pills and sun exposure (which was the worst), homeopathy...and now I am considering PUVA treatment. Has anyone tried that?

My vit has stopped growing after homeopathetic treatment and also in the past it was stable for more than one year when i was pregnant and after giving birth. I suppose all the vitamins that i was taking at that time helped. I 've spoken to several doctors and practicioners here in Greece and in Serbia, as well as to former vitiligo patients. I was lucky enough to find two kids that were cured. The first kid told me that her vitiligo disapeared completely after eating parsley as a salat every day for a couple of years. The second child was cured following the treatment with cortizon and sun exposure (which apparently did not work for me).Right now I try to have a detox nutrition as much as possible and I cook my meals with Parsley.  As I mentioned before my belief is that since my bad psychology triggerd vitiligo, a calm psychology and self acceptance with detox nutrition might help..

  • Hi elfi. I'm from Venezuela and I'm 17. I've been doing PUVA treatment since last year  and definitely worked on me! Now I stopped the treatment because is very expensive here in venezuela and I can't pay it (Here we call PUVA "Fototerapia"). I tried 6 differents treatments and PUVA was the only one that worked. I recommend Puva because is worth it
